The location was close to multiple metro stops, acceptable.
I had some issues. The room was quite small and frankly, I was annoyed. The bathroom had a bad smell coming from the shower pipes (this was a big problem).

a slightly underwhelming stay
convenient accessstreet noiseloud air conditioning
the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby metro stations.
I found the room quite noisy. sounds from adjacent rooms and the street were easily audible. the air conditioning was also loud. I could not keep it on while sleeping , which was less than ideal during warmer nights.

adequate stay with some downsides
poor soundproofing
alternatively, there was a narrow spiral staircase which was pitch black. i found the soundproofing to be poor. Noises from the corridor and other rooms were very noticeable, especially the sound of toilets flushing and showers. the air conditioning was effective, but too noisy to leave on while sleeping..
